Josh was raised in a faith based home where early on he discovered his call to service and ministry. As a young man Josh was radically shy, but God managed to pull him out of his shell and into youth ministry. Josh married at the ripe age of 21 to his wife, Allison, and they studied together at Northpoint Bible College. They served in youth and young adult ministry during their education in Beverly, Massachusetts with the Garden City church planting team.

 

 

In 2010 Josh served as associate pastor and a co-founder of Clarity church in Los Angeles where he and Allison both served for three years before moving to the Poconos and joining the Innovation Church family. After 9 years as Innovation's Teaching Pastor, Josh was voted in as the Lead Pastor in 2023. Josh and Allison have two sons: Hudson (named for Hudson Taylor) and Jude (named for a Beatles’ song...), and a beautiful daughter named Emery.

 

 

They reside in Mt Pocono, Pennsylvania.
