MEGA SPORTS CAMP

Summer is here and so is Mega Sports Camp!
Innovation Church is so excited to invite your K-6th grade children to a week of fun, sports, activities, music, games, snacks, life lessons, and so much more. Mega Sports Camp is a drop off style kids event going from Monday June 23rd - Friday June 27th. Each evening from 6:30pm - 9pm your kids will experience an opening program with music and a sports lesson, a new activity with the the club they've chosen, and a fun closing rally that brings in Biblical teaching and is sure to get them worn out for bedtime!  You can register your children with the form found below.

Please fill out one form per child enrolling in Mega Sports Camp.
Please have your child wear sneakers (no sandals, flip flops or skirts).

Waiver

I understand that participation in sports camp activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, accident, or illness. I hereby waive, release, and discharge the church, its staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of whatever kind or nature, which may arise out of my participation in camp activities, and I authorize camp staff or medical personnel to provide medical attention for my child in case of injury or illness.
